KNOX COUNTY, TX. Paramedic/Intermediate/Basic: Knox
County Hospital District EMS is accepting applications for
Full-Time / Part-Time Paramedic, Intermediate, and Basic
positions. KCHEMS provides 911 service and MICU level
transports for Knox County averaging 650 calls annually with
two primary BLS/MICU units staffed 24/7 and one BLS call-in
unit. We operate closely with KCH nursing and 3 Air Medical
companies servicing our area. Paramedics must maintain ACLS,
PALS, and PHTLS certifications. Benefit Package includes
Group Insurance, Retirement, Vacation, Holiday, and Sick
Pay. MICU units carry Zoll E-Series Heart Monitors, Zoll
Autopulse CPR devices, and Vidacare EZ-IO. Relocation
required for Full-Time employees. Sleeping quarters are
available for Part-Time employees at EMS stations. Full-Time
schedule of seven 24/hr shifts every two weeks. Basic Salary
of $22,000 - $24,000 per year, Intermediate salary of
$25,000 – 27,000 per year, and Paramedic Salary of $28,000 -
